GATHERINGS AND EVENTS COMING UP:
CAMP MINI HA-HA, 2008
Camp MiniHaHa is an
annual event for women and girl miniaturists
from everywhere, limited to 25 participants. The
camp is non-profit and co-operative, and is held
in Berwick, Nova Scotia, in the beautiful
Annapolis Valley, at an exquisite 150-year-old
camp site, the Berwick United Church Camp
Meeting Grounds. Photos of the campsite may be

Each year a new
project is selected, and this year we are
getting down and dirty with Jacqui Marlin of
Hawaii, creating either a dusty old attic store
room or an abandoned room. Techniques will be
taught to age the project, and many of the other
projects we will be doing can go directly into
the room. As well, John Meacham, a silversmith
from Nova Scotia, will be teaching a miniature
silver project. Come join us for five days and
nights of miniature creativity, lots of laughter
and fun, and wonderful people. Accommodation,
meals and project supplies are included in the
fee, with day tripping available on Sunday
for a small additional fee, if desired.

Ontario Gathering
2009
The 2009 Gathering, April 18,19,20 2008, will be
held at The Holiday Inn, Peterborough, Ontario, with the theme of
A Little Mystery.
